Returns

Clothing (co-ord sets, kurta sets and kaftans) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, including items bought at a discounted price. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at divyasharma2296@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. We will confirm your return and share the address to send it to.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is paid by you.

Items sent back without a confirmed return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm, and refund the item price to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To change the size or swap for a different piece, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.
